I also then got a CL 1000 - sort of a LP/Dean Evo shaped - I love it as well - again - a little smaller than LP neck - plays VERY VERY fast - it's my go to the beach guitar. The neck is great for those that don't like the huge LP neck. I wanted the violin burst, but got the amber burst. I got one of THE last ones around at a dealership. Turns out most of em were grabbed up by dealer's endorser or known player friends. That guitar is VERY rare now - they put so much into it - it should have sold for $1500 - but their marketing dept knew NO one will but a $1500 Cort - so they sold em out and discontinued it. I read the KILLER review for this in GP and found out my old buddy Larry Coryell endorses Cort - Larry told me to jump on this.
